I. Usage Policy & Web Page Guidelines
Discovery Networks, Inc. is an Internet service provider which provides facilities for use by its customers. The use of DNX facilities must be consistent with our usage policy. The responsibility for traffic that does or does not conform to this policy is with the individual user who originates that traffic, and all consequences lie with that indvidual. DNX cannot and will not assume any responsibility for information transferred by any one other than an owner, agent, or employee of the company. Accessing DNX's dial-up facilities, or other connection resources, with an account in good standing, (i.e. that lets you login) constitutes your intent to pay the agreed to access fees. Failure to pay access fees on a timely basis is grounds for termination of your account and possible collection proceedings. You may cancel your account at any time, with 30 day written notification to the following address:

II. Acceptable Usage Policy
Its is not acceptable to use DNX internet access services for any purposes which violate local, state, US or international law. It is not acceptable to use DNX internet access services so as to interfere with or disrupt DNX or any other network's users, services, or equipment. Such interference's or disruption includes, but it not limited to the following:
a) Distribution of unsolicited advertising.
b) Propagation of computer worms or viruses.
c) Using the network to gain unauthorized entry to other computing, information, or communications services, devices, or resources.
d) Storage or distribution of indecent material including pornography and elicit photographic material.
e) Misuse of connection services by keeping an otherwise idle connection alive with a utility, or other such method.
Discovery Networks, Inc. will review alleged violations of the Acceptable Use Policy on a case by case basis. Obvious violations of the policy which are not promptly remedied by the relevant customer may result in the expulsion of the customer from DNX access and the forfeiture of all moneys paid to DNX. We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time. Customers will receive full notification of all such changes to this policy 30 days prior to the effective date. III. Guidelines for Personal Web Pages
Discovery Networks, Inc. is a community Internet Service Provider, and as such, said company may dictate these rules and guidelines for fair usage andconsideration. Our intent is not to censor, but rather, provide advice so as not to offend others. The following is a set of guidelines which must be acknowleged by all users:
a) No advertising is allowed on personal web pages. Any advertising must be done with a Business Web Page account. Advertising includes but is not limited to:
        i) the rendering of services
        ii) the selling of goods and products
        iii) any other means by which the owner of the page may be
             renumerated
b) Web pages for Personal accounts should contain information about individuals, or family interests.
c) The maximum space allowed for a personal web page is 10MB. Pages requiring more disk space, or those which exceed this limit during the course of changes or additions, must become paid accounts and will be considered a Business Web Page regardless of content. Pages containing sensitive materials (explicit language, artwork, or other materials that the community or DNX deems as sensitive) must have:
        i) a plain cover page that notifies the user that the following
           pages contain sensitive material.
        ii) This cover page must contain a disclaimer indicating that Discovery Networks, Inc. is not accountable for the material therein.
d) Pages that are viewed over 10,000 times per month will be charged 1 cent per view that exceed this limit.
e) You may not modify any other web pages other than your own. Evidence of modification or attempted modifications on pages other than your own will be grounds for removal of your web page and may result in the loss of your account.
g) Pages may only be maintained by approved procedures.
Discovery Networks, Inc. reserves the right to remove access and/or pages, without notification, for any violations of the above rules and guidelines.
